• If the supplier’s minimum order quantity is not reached, your payment will be refunded in full.

• Once the wholesale order containing your item has been placed with the supplier, your order becomes non-refundable.

• Estimated arrival dates are provided by the supplier and are subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. Changes to estimated arrival dates do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the wholesale order has been placed.

• Shipping is not charged at checkout for Worth the Wait preorder items. Once your order arrives at The Drop Society and is ready to ship, your items will be carefully packed, boxed, measured, and weighed to determine the exact carrier shipping cost.

• A separate shipping invoice will be emailed once your order is ready to ship. Shipping invoices are due within 72 hours.

• The Drop Society charges only the actual shipping cost charged by the carrier and does not mark up shipping. To keep our product prices as fair as possible—often at or below suggested retail pricing—free or discounted shipping is not offered.

• Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after your shipping invoice has been paid.
