When will my order ship?

Ready-to-Ship orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Preorders ship after they arrive at The Drop Society and your final invoice has been paid.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How do preorders work?

Preorders let you reserve exclusive items before they arrive at The Drop Society. Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page whenever available.

To make preordering more affordable, we offer a 50% preorder deposit. Pay half today to reserve your item, then pay the remaining balance before your preorder is shipped or ready for pickup.

Here’s how it works:

• Pay a 50% preorder deposit to reserve your item.

• Once preorders close, we’ll place our wholesale order only if the supplier’s minimum preorder quantity is reached.

• If the supplier’s minimum preorder quantity isn’t reached, your preorder deposit will be refunded in full.

• Once we’ve placed our wholesale order, your preorder deposit becomes non-refundable because your item has been ordered specifically for you.

• When your preorder arrives, we’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance.

If your order is being shipped, the actual shipping cost will be calculated and added to your final invoice. Local pickup is always available.

• Once your final invoice has been paid, your preorder will be shipped or made available for pickup.

How will I know if the preorder minimum has been met?

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Once the preorder window closes, we’ll determine whether we’ve reached our supplier’s minimum order quantity.

If the minimum is met: We’ll place our wholesale order and keep you updated throughout the process. When your preorder arrives at The Drop Society, you’ll receive an email with your final invoice.

If the minimum isn’t met: We’ll notify you by email and refund your preorder deposit in full.

How will I know if my preorder is moving forward?

We’ll keep our Preorder Updates page updated throughout every preorder. You’ll be able to see when preorders close, whether supplier minimums have been met, when our wholesale order has been placed, when your items are on the way, when our shipment arrives, and when final invoices have been sent.

If there’s a significant delay or important update, we’ll also notify affected customers by email.

Why does my preorder only show Local Pickup at checkout?

To keep preorder deposits as affordable as possible, shipping isn’t collected with your preorder deposit. During checkout for preorder items, you’ll only see the Local Pickup option.

Don’t worry—we absolutely offer shipping! 😊

If you’d like your preorder shipped, please leave a note at checkout letting us know you’d like your order shipped.

When your preorder arrives, we’ll calculate the actual shipping cost and add it to your final invoice.

If no shipping request is included, we’ll assume you’re planning to pick up your order locally.

This allows us to charge the actual shipping cost instead of estimating shipping months before your preorder arrives.

Do you offer local pickup?

Absolutely!

Ready-to-Ship orders: We’ll gladly work with you to arrange a convenient pickup day and time.

Preorders: Once your preorder arrives and your final invoice has been paid, we’ll arrange a pickup time that works for you.

If you’d like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, simply choose Local Pickup when placing your order.

Need your order by a certain date?

Send us a message! We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible, although we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our items are limited releases, collectibles, and preorder items, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Why do some products sell out so quickly?

Many of our products are limited releases or available in small quantities. Once they’re gone, we may not be able to restock them.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may return in future drops, while others are one-time or limited releases and may never be available again.

If you miss out on something, send us a message! We’ll always do our best to let you know if it’s coming back or help you find it.

What if I’ve been searching everywhere for an item and can’t find it?

That’s exactly why The Drop Society exists!

Send us a message and we’ll do our best to track it down for you. While we can’t promise every search will be successful, we love a good hunt and will always do our best to help.

Can I request a product to see in a future drop?

Absolutely!

We love hearing what our customers are searching for. If there’s a product, brand, or trend you’d like us to carry, send us a message! It just might appear in a future drop.
