Shipping Policy

Ready-to-Ship Orders (Going Viral)

Items in our Going Viral collection are in stock and are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days using USPS or another trusted shipping carrier.

Shipping charges for Ready-to-Ship items are calculated and collected during checkout.

Worth the Wait | Vol. 1 (Existing Orders Only)

Worth the Wait | Vol. 1 orders required a 50% deposit to reserve your item(s).

Once your order ships from the supplier to The Drop Society, the remaining 50% balance is invoiced and is due within 72 hours.

Shipping is invoiced separately once your item(s) arrive at The Drop Society and are ready to ship. Shipping invoices are due within 72 hours.

Failure to pay either invoice within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of your order.

Worth the Wait | Vol. 2 & On Approach

Orders placed through Worth the Wait | Vol. 2 and On Approach require payment in full at checkout.

Shipping is not collected at checkout for these collections.

Instead, once your item(s) arrive at The Drop Society and are ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipping invoice by email. Shipping invoices are due within 72 hours.

If your order contains preorder items with different estimated arrival dates, separate shipping invoices may be sent as items become available.

If you’d prefer all preorder items to ship together, simply contact us before your first preorder item arrives. We’ll gladly hold your preorder items until everything has arrived.

Please note that choosing combined shipping means any preorder items that arrive earlier will be safely held at The Drop Society until your complete preorder has arrived. Your shipping invoice will then be sent, and all preorder items will ship together.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Estimated arrival dates displayed on our website are provided by our suppliers and are estimates only.

Arrival dates may change due to manufacturing delays, international shipping, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. These circumstances are outside the control of The Drop Society.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that estimated arrival dates are subject to change.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be added to your order and emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

The Drop Society is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, The Drop Society is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
