Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the collectible, limited-edition, and preorder nature of many of our products, all sales are final except in the following situations: 

• Your item arrives damaged.
• We shipped the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and the original packaging so we can work with you to resolve the issue. 

Products must be unused and in their original packaging unless the damage or defect prevents this.
