Ready-to-Ship
Ready-to-Ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Preorders
Preorders allow you to reserve exclusive items before they arrive at The Drop Society.
A 50% preorder deposit is required to reserve your item.
Estimated arrival dates are listed on each product page whenever available. Please note that manufacturer or shipping delays can occasionally occur. If there are any significant delays, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Preorders are placed with our supplier only after the preorder period closes and the supplier’s minimum preorder quantity has been reached.
- If the supplier’s minimum preorder quantity isn’t reached, your preorder deposit will be refunded in full.
- Once we’ve placed our wholesale order with the supplier, your preorder deposit becomes non-refundable because your item has been ordered specifically for you.
- When your preorder arrives, we’ll email you an invoice for the remaining balance.
- If you’d like your preorder shipped, please leave a note at checkout requesting shipping so we know to calculate shipping when we send your final invoice.
- Shipping will be calculated and added to your final invoice if requested.
- Final invoices are due within 7 days of being sent. If payment isn’t received within 7 days, your preorder may be canceled, your item may be offered to another customer, and your preorder deposit will not be refunded.
- Once your final payment has been received, your preorder will be shipped or prepared for local pickup.
Shipping
Ready-to-Ship orders are shipped using USPS or another trusted carrier.
For preorder items, shipping is calculated after your preorder arrives and is added to your final invoice if you’ve requested shipping.
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
The Drop Society is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the collectible and limited-edition nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- We shipped the wrong item.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and its packaging so we can work with you to make it right.
