Wholesale orders are placed as supplier minimums are reached. Once your item has been ordered from our vendor, your preorder deposit becomes non-refundable. If a product doesn’t reach its supplier minimum by the preorder deadline, your deposit for that product will be refunded in full.
Final payment including shipping if applicable, is invoiced when our wholesale order ships from the vendor and is due within 72 hours. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after final payment.
